By accessing or using the website (https://zudku.com), any subdomains, APIs, web applications, or mobile applications (including the ZUDKU platforms and the LaganBook mobile and web applications – laganbook.com) provided by ZUDKU DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our software or services.
2. Description of Service
ZUDKU provides a cloud-based workforce management and human resource enterprise resource planning (HRMS ERP) platform, offering employee attendance capture, biometric authentication, GPS-assisted check-ins, leave administration, payroll computation, expense reporting, and corporate analytics.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
- Access is provisioned strictly to authorized personnel of subscriber enterprises.
- You agree not to attempt reverse engineering, decompiling, or spoofing attendance and GPS data.
- Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable labor regulations.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, source code, visual designs, trademarks, brand logos, and algorithms associated with ZUDKU are the exclusive intellectual property of ZUDKU DIGITAL SOLUTIONS. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly set forth in your commercial agreement.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
